With our 26′ x 26′ covered patio and multiple tables and chairs on the various levels, there is actually outdoor seating for more than 30 people. You won’t feel crowded even if everybody stays home for the day.

The covered patio is a convenient gathering place where you will enjoy dining at home while listening to the sounds of the ocean.

Five O’Clock on the Hill was built with the whole family in mind.

Starting with five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, this home was made for extended families and large groups that want to enjoy each other’s company and still have individual privacy.

With balconies for each of the rooms and the patios on the various levels you are sure to find that quiet spot for sunbathing, reading, or playing your favorite games.

Beautiful Ocean Views

Imagine waking up to a view like this… without even getting out of bed.

All five of our bedrooms face the ocean with windows that are nearly floor to ceiling. To enjoy the sound of the waves and the glorious ocean breezes, the louvered windows are easy to open. Of course you will have to crawl out of bed to open them but it is easy to crawl right back in.

You will see stars while lying in your bed… from every one of our bedrooms.
